On July 22, A special symposium attended by the sixth batch of AVIC (Aviation Industry Corporation of China) accounting personnel studying EMBA in the U. S. was held in Beijing before their departure.
Dispatching excellent young-backbone staff abroad for EMBA degree is an essential step for cultivating management talents with international outlook. This project, since its initiation in 2009, has sent 79 employees to Europe and America, among whom 58 have returned home with degrees and 21 are facing their graduation this year.
Lin Zuoming, the chairman of AVIC, points out that AVIC has made fair achievements in its international expansion in recent years, and he also preserves prospect for further expansion of overseas market in the time to come. In the process of international expansion, he says, talents, especially international accounting, auditing, operational and managing employees are indispensable in terms of their significance as backbone resources. The project herein is a crucial and far-sighted step taken in accordance with the request for AVIC strategic development.
