On August 27, Fischer Aviation Parts (Zhen Jiang) Limited (‘Fischer’ for short) held the first composite product delivery ceremony at Zhenjiang new area in Jiangsu province, delivering A320 and A330 series of connection angle member used on wing beams and wing ribs of the plane as well as A320 and A380 airplane antenna bracket. It marks that china has reached advanced world level in civil aviation composite materials manufacture and Chinese aviation industry has made significant achievements in the field of composite.
In 2009，AVIC’s successful M&A of FACC ,the first overseas M&A of AVIC, is the largest-scale M&A that Chinese companies has ever implemented in central Europe, for Asian aviation manufactures , as well as the first M&A of European and American aviation manufactures .
After the M&A, AVIC putted forward the development strategy to build FACC’s domestic low cost center, and establish the domestic low cost center- Fischer. On july7, 2014, it was put into use. In the last two years, Fischer excellently completed the work of construction phase, building digital and intelligent workshops and setting up a system with sophisticated management concept. As a result, the company successfully passed the quality and system audit of FACC, and manufactured the first product of FACC’s first work package.
After Fischer is in full operation, annual productivity will reach nearly 200,0000 hours. It is capable of forming, machining, testing and spray-painting composite components, and can also produce strained components such as inside and outside flaps of Boeing 747, 787 vertical fin and wallboard, and composite spoils of airbus A350, as well as interior trims of Boeings and airbuses. Meanwhile, the company will contract to produce interior trims and components of new regional airliner ARJ21, C919 airliner and the new generation of turboprop regional jet-- MA-700, which will greatly boost the development of domestic large aircrafts.
