Li Keqiang sent verbal messages to AVIC international youth “representing China to the world” Release Date : [2014-05-12]

 

On May 11 local time, the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau Standing Committee and Premier of the State Council, accompanied by Kenya vice-president Ruto, visited Kenya National Youth Service or NYS project which was carried out by AVIC internationals, spoke highly of the project and encouraged AVIC internationals to continue to make greater contributions to promoting Kenyan and African national economy and social development. Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Xu Shaoshi, director of the National Development and Reform Commission, Gao Hucheng, Minister of Commerce, Liu Xianfa, Kenya Ambassador and others accompanied, and Liu Jun, executive vice president of AVIC international also attended the activity.
Ruto, Kenya vice-president, Mohamed, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Waiguru, Minister of decentralization and planning, and others presented and welcomed.
Premier Li Keqiang was accompanied by vice-president Ruto, and the Kenyan introduced the implementation of the project, and the good effect of promoting employment, fostering new technical talents, and pushing Kenya economic construction. Li Keqiang asked in detail the questions about the sources of the project fund, learners’ training ways, graduates’ employment, state construction project and sustainable development, and Kenyan relevant leaders and Liu Jun replied carefully one by one.
After the visit, Li Keqiang, invited by Kenya, signed as a souvenir joyfully on the guest book: “Youth employment is the hope of the country”, and communicated with Lina, an employee from Kenyan AVIC international.
