On December 30th, an AVIC AC312E took off from its Tianjin manufacturing facility, marking the first flight of Tianjin-made AC312E helicopter.

During the maiden flight ceremony, AVIC Tianjin inked sales agreement with Newsky General Aviation Tianjin Zhongtong Hangxian Hunan General Aviation, 2 AC312E helicopters for each customer.

The two companies are the launch customers for the Tianjin-made AC312E.
